The CasinoReady program offers customers a complete suite of services. Services include complete game integration, casino floor layout and simulation, warehousing and staging, resulting in game builds ready for shipment direct to casino site.

Integration

This service includes everything related to the commissioning and the maintenance of your gaming machines and equipment. This service is available to both the OEM and the end-user. GTSource trained field service technicians will ensure that your gaming equipment runs smoothly and that the downtime is kept to a minimum.

Casino Floor Layout

GTSource works with customers to provide a floor layout prior to game shipments. The CasinoReady program prepares the games for shipment in the set format required by the site with artwork in place, proper locks and switches installed, games set as single or dual, serial number placement and signage stages for easy installation.

Casino Floor Simulation

Prior to game shipment, the CasinoReady program sets the games and simulates the games as they will be set at the casino site by staging them, pairing with server, testing pay tables and other functionality. Troubleshooting and replicating issues in the field for customers is also possible using the CasinoReady program. GTSource will stage available games in production and allow customers remote access with server and test game hardware and software to pinpoint issues and/or test software releases. The CasinoReady program also offers a good platform for training of customer’s technical staff by having games and space available outside of units in field. CasinoReady offers a complete line of technical training and programs annually as groups as well as individually.

Warehousing and Staging

GTSource will build games and other integration projects up to 80% completion and store for customers. Once a customer has a requirement, GTSource will finalize the last 20% and prepare for shipment. GTSource also offers warehousing for complete and incomplete new games, games returned from field and other storage needs.
